SHIPPING POLICY

All Rewind 2000s products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before being packaged and shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery location.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available. Many U.S. orders may show an estimated Standard Delivery window of approximately 5–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided with your order so you can follow your shipment.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some orders containing multiple products may be produced or fulfilled separately. This means items from the same order may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or there is another problem with your delivery, please contact Rewind 2000s with your order number and details about the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate next steps.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
